Our Services
Animus Events & Promotions provides event management and production services, including weddings, corporate events, brand activations, ad-making, product launches, and college festivals, as described on our Services pages.
Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting the contact form on this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once both parties agree in writing to the scope, schedule, and commercial terms of an event.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund conditions are agreed in writing for each individual event and may vary based on scope of work, vendors involved, and timeline. These terms are provided as part of your event proposal or contract, before any payment is due.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, design, and the Animus Events & Promotions name and logo — belongs to Animus Events & Promotions unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.
Photography and videography from events we produce may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Vendors
Some services — catering, venues, artists, equipment rental, and similar — may be provided or subcontracted through third-party vendors. While we coordinate and manage these relationships on your behalf, certain vendor-specific terms and conditions may apply separately.
Limitation of Liability
While we plan and produce every event carefully, factors outside our reasonable control — weather, vendor performance, venue issues, government restrictions, and similar events — can affect an event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services agreed for your event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
